Delete your ConnePal account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from the website.
In the app or at connepal.com
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Confirm twice. Your account is deactivated and hidden immediately.
By email
Write from the email address on your account to contact@dirwaas.com with the subject "Delete my account". We reply within 7 days.
What is deleted, and when
- Your account is hidden at once and nobody can write to you.
- For 30 days you can change your mind by signing in again.
- After 30 days your personal data, profile, letters (including the copies in your pen pals' inboxes) and photo are permanently erased.
- Minimal records of safety reports and bans may be kept for up to 12 months to prevent abuse and comply with the law.
