ConnePal is operated by DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC, Amman, Jordan ("DIRWAAS", "we", "us" or "our"). These Child Safety Standards set out our position on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we prevent, detect and respond to it on ConnePal, including the website at connepal.com and the ConnePal apps for iOS and Android.

1. Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. It is strictly prohibited on ConnePal, and any user found engaging in it will be permanently banned and reported to the authorities.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

2. Adults only

ConnePal is only for adults aged 18 and over. Every user must provide a date of birth when creating an account, and users under 18 cannot create an account. If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we close the account and delete their data in line with our Privacy Policy, keeping only the minimal records needed for child protection and legal compliance.

4. How to report

In the app: you can block and report any pen pal from every letter. Choose the report option and describe the concern.

By email: write to contact@dirwaas.com. Please include the pen pal's codename, a description of what happened and, if possible, when it happened. Do not send us copies of any sexual image of a minor. Describe it instead, and we will locate it on our systems.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.

Anyone can report a concern to us, including people who are not ConnePal users.
